To give the Integrated Wholeness energy effectively and responsibly, we offer a training, initiation and mentorship program.

It is open by invitation only to people who have completed 18 days of programs, including at least one Intensive with Sandra and Daniel.  A special three day Attunement Training program has been designed to facilitate your own deep connection to the Integrated Wholeness energy; to experience giving the Integrated Wholeness white light energy Attunements with us, to learn how the energy works, and to be trained in how to look after the people who will receive the energy from you.

This energy is a gift from grace, which is the fullness of God's love.

The Integrated Wholeness energy vibrates at the frequency of white light.  Just as white incorporates all the colours of the spectrum, it incorporates all other energy frequencies.  Its purpose is to facilitate the evolution of the soul so people can live through their True Self.  It does this by supporting the process of increasing Integrated Wholeness by heightening consciousness while simultaneously stimulating the resolution of personality programming issues.  This energy is used with love, respect, care, and precision in every aspect of The Heartpower Process.

During the mornings you will participate in two amazing processes that help to unravel the patterns and programming of the mind that inhibit full awakening. These divinely inspired visualizations look into past chapters of our life and aspects of our selves that are imprisoned by the mind and negative programming from the past.

During the "Spiritual Detox and Regeneration" visualization we release all negativity that is held within the body and any that is directed towards us - the origin of so much pain in our day to day life.  Then we call in all the divine beings and angels that are working with this process to fill each and every person in the room. This descent of the divine is an integral part of the whole weekend and many people experience communion with the God of their own understanding and see angels around them.

These powerfully transformative meditations prepare the body, mind and heart for the transmissions of Integrated Wholeness energy which take place in the afternoons. After each transmission session there is time to be still and observe the mind and body as the energy goes to work.

Over the whole weekend there will be two transmissions of focused healing energy in the mornings and two transmissions of Integrated Wholeness energy in the afternoons. The intentionally focussed transmissions of energy are transmitted by hands being placed on your head. Some people actually feel the energy coming from the eyes as well.  (At Sanandaloka, you are constantly receiving the energy just by being in the building.)

During the day there are times for dialogue, sharing and question and answers with Sandra and Daniel.

Weekend programs often have specific themes that enable participants to work through a particular issue in great depth over the two days.  The weekend provides an opportunity to use a range of tools to dissolve deeply rooted problems once and for all, at their level of causation, not just at the symptomatic level, where they might disappear but reappear elsewhere.

Participants are encouraged to remain in silence during the programs in order to help deepen their experience and not disturb the process of others in the room.

Just imagine yourself to be a computer, the body could be considered to be your hardware.  The brain is your CPU, the central processing unit.  Your operating system is your consciousness. The software programs you run equate to personality.  The operator of this computer is your soul.  And the inventor and designer of it is the God of your understanding. 

Like an operating system, your stabilized level of consciousness determines how the various programs - thoughts, beliefs, emotions - actually run, how they taste, feel, smell, and how they act.  The content of those programs; "Mom liked you best!" or "I'm a victim of," or "I'm a _______." (Fill in the blank) is your personality. 

It is important to appreciate how your level of consciousness and various programs interact, and how, for instance, personality programs can actually weigh down consciousness.  They can pull it down as surely as gravity pulls objects to earth.

If you've ever wondered how high consciousness beings can exploit other beings, this is the explanation.  They may indeed be very high consciousness, but in certain areas, their personality programming issues have not been resolved.  And in those areas they can do things we can't square with high consciousness.  In those areas, they really lack a strong connection with their True Self, and what we see is the false self asserting itself.

In The Heartpower Process we focus on 10 major aspects of the True Self.  Peace, love, and joy are not emotions.  They are actually qualities of the True Self.  Trust, will, and spiritual intelligence are examples of major aspects of the True Self. The better connected we are to our True Self, the more we experience these qualities, regardless of the external "weather" in our lives.

Any person at any age can begin the Heartpower Process, in fact, the sooner the better. In general, however, The Heartpower Process is not intended for people under 18.  We do not transmit the full Integrated Wholeness energy to people under 18 but they can receive the healing energy. The full Integrated Wholeness energy can be too intense for many teenagers and children.  Their nervous systems can be challenged by such a high frequency. However, the healing energy is safe and invaluable for people of any age and condition. 

These programs are not designed only for people who are spiritual seekers on a journey towards and beyond enlightenment - they are for any person seeking healing and wholeness - physical, emotional or spiritual. They are also for people who want to find balance and peace in their life and want to live from a place that is not dominated by the mind and its continual patterns of negativity.  People from all walks of life attend the HEARTPOWER programs and find healing and benefits that are individual and appropriate for them. One of the special beauties of The Heartpower Process is that it tailor-makes itself for each individual.

Please bring a pillow and a blanket (and a yoga mat or extra blanket for extra cushioning) as you will spend some time on the floor for certain processes and also after receiving the energy in the afternoons as you allow the body to integrate the changes.  Please bring your own lunch or money to buy lunch at the venue or cafes nearby.

During the weekend programs at Sanandaloka in Russell, NZ we can provide a healthy lunch for a nominal fee. Lunch is provided during the 7 and 10 Day Intensives.

Please bring a water bottle to every program so there are no breakages or spills....water will be provided to refill your bottles. Heartpower water bottles are available for purchase, also.

You do not need to bring anything to this night. 

It is helpful to bring your loving intention to begin living from the heart and a place of wholeness.  It is good to know that the underlying intention behind every energy transmission from everyone at every HEARTPOWER event is gratitude that you receive God's highest and best for you.

This is rare, but possible.

Know that it doesn't mean a thing. You see, once you've received the transmissions from Sandra, Daniel and the HEARTPOWER team, you might NOT consciously feel a thing. In fact, you may not notice ANY discernible difference in your life... at least not immediately. And that's OK. The process has begun and is still working on you. It works on everybody! The time it takes to have an effect will vary from person to person depending on their nervous system, their karma, and their intention.  However, before long, you WILL notice changes in your life.

I have heard it is dangerous to raise your kundalini energy.

From the moment you walk into the room your kundalini (life force) energy is rising.

We have already called in all the divine beings who work with us.  Sandra and Daniel, if not physically present are in the room multi-dimensionally, setting the energy for your awakening and healing. Many people become very silent and still and in deep meditative states before Sandra and Daniel even walk in the room and begin any processes.

The energy transmissions use the kundalini energy to facilitate change in consciousness, brain and heart.  Actually, it is important to give energy transmissions so we don't leave your kundalini energy up too high.
All the people working at our programs have been trained to help participants.  During and after all programs you are encouraged to contact us to talk about your experience with the process. 

In this controlled environment, the work is very safe. People who have suffered severe depression or any mental disturbances should not receive the energy before they have become stable. This might mean they have to work with a doctor and receive only the healing energy for a while.

Experiences vary from the traditional range of enlightenment experiences including oneness, infinite expansion, and infinite contraction (to name but a few) to an opening of the heart, unconditional love, inner peace and that "ah ha!" moment when the light finally goes on... to feeling absolutely nothing!

Occasionally participants do a whole weekend event and walk away feeling no discernable physical difference.   However, this does NOT mean that changes are not taking place in your consciousness, brain and nervous system, and body/mind.  They are... and they always do.  Some people just need more time to feel the results.

Even though you may not consciously feel any difference, the process is still silently working away, doing its magic.  One week may pass and nothing. Two weeks may pass, and nothing. Three weeks may pass, but then you notice changes in your life, small changes at first. You feel calmer... money and financial abundance is entering your life... perhaps your neighbour who is normally loud, bombastic and generally rude becomes polite and courteous. Your relationship with your partner improves. You discover that you're more creative... you're less angry, depressed.  The energy can work very subtly... or... it can be like driving a big gaping hole in your nervous system, where MAJOR changes can take place very quickly.

Your experience will obviously vary depending on which program you participate in and where you are at, at that moment in time.  A Creation and Manifestation weekend program will differ from an evening program and a 7 or 10 day Intensive will be different again.  All HEARTPOWER events empower you to connect more strongly and deeply with your True Self - your Soul.  All the programs share the use of transmissions of the white light Integrated Wholeness energy.  And they are all designed to provide love and support for you on your unique path into and beyond enlightenment, into Integrated Wholeness.

Deeksha is the Indian word for an intentional transmission of spiritual energy.

At all our experiential programs you will receive transmissions of divine grace which could be called deeksha. We do this by first raising your frequency with a kundalini meditation and then we place our hands on your heads briefly to transmit this energy. From the moment you walk in the room you are actually receiving the energy and your frequency is rising. This spiritual technology works with the body's innate energy (kundalini) and facilitates the changes to consciousness that is reflected in the brain, heart, and body/mind.

I was so high and went into the most amazing states and I want to thank you.....for the whole weekend.

It was truly a beautiful experience. I have a question though, that I haven't been able to answer myself for the past month. It's been with me for this whole time and I need your help. It is now the most important question in my life, and my experiences of the past month offer me no help in finding the answer.
What if we have been experiencing a series of common ecstatic states and mistakenly believe we are experiencing the genuine state of enlightenment? I can only speak for myself of course, but after a whole month, I have doubts. The weekend program was amazing; however, I can truly say that I am NOT enlightened yet.

Please help me with this. Is this part of the journey or have I "lost it?"

Don't panic...This is the real thing! Your question is one that everyone asks when they begin this process. Know that the process has begun in earnest within you and you are not imagining anything or making anything up.

What you are going thru is typical of how the process works, and of the mind and the way it works. After having been "dictator for life" the mind is not eager to relinquish its role and become the chief operating officer under the leadership of the heart, whose proper role is chief executive officer. The mind will cast doubts any way possible in order to subvert the process.

You have indeed started the process, which is what we explained during the weekend. If you are serious about being enlightened and whole then you will need to continue the process for as long as it takes for you to "know" your experience of life is different. Remember, enlightenment is a very ordinary thing, it is our natural state. Integrated Wholeness is the ultimate goal and by addressing the questions of the ego/mind you will come into wholeness.

As the process deepens, you feel these subtle changes within yourself. Your outer world will begin to reflect your inner state and your heart's desires will become manifest.  Many who are truly serious about stepping into higher states of Integrated Wholeness travel to participate in more of the programs and diligently using the tools of The Heartpower Process.   They are profoundly accelerating the evolution of their souls:  the clarification of personality and the heightening of consciousness.

Keep up the good work.  Use the tools of enquiry, prayer and meditation.  Use the Dimensions of Bliss CDs and the Integrated Wholeness DVDs.  Try to make it regularly to afternoon transmission sessions and work out when you can do an Intensive at Sanandaloka which will move you higher, further and faster than you can imagine.  And keep in touch with us with your questions as they arise.  We are here for you!
